    Overview of the role

    • We are looking for a passionate, data-driven BDR Manager to help accelerate the growth of our pipeline, and set up and manage a team of BDRs
    • Building out the BDR motion, accelerating the set up of this function at Sourceful by bringing in your experience and best practice
    • Recruiting and leading a team of outbound and inbound BDRs and help drive pipegen strategy

    You'll report into: VP, Growth -Katy Svennas

    What your days at Sourceful will look like

    • Creating and developing training, strategies and processes for BDRs to operate and perform. Eg. develop and teach strategies to target decision-makers and overcome objections in order to book sales meetings and grow our revenue
    • Attract, hire, develop and manage a team of inbound and outbound BDRs
    • Build, lead and coach high-performing BDRs to the next exceptional CRMs and Account Executives
    • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance of BDR team to ensure quotas are met and achieved. Owning and managing the team's pipeline and forecast
    • Engage in BDR activity of outbounding, activating, and qualifying leads during the set up process to learn about our target customer first hand
    • Drive insights and working closely with the Sales team to feedback and adapt pipegen strategy

    The skills and experience that will help you to thrive in your role

    • Minimum of 4 years of business development and pipeline generation experience as a BDR
    • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team in a sales environment
    • Ambitious, competitive, hard-working, well organised and a fast-learner
    • Data-driven, analytical, pro-active in researching and analysing trends and conversion performance to inform data-driven decisions
    • Prior experience with continuous process improvement
    • Profound understanding of strategies for business development outreach, and sales enhancement
    • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
    • Saleforce experience
    • Experienced in working in a rapidly growing and changing environment

    Desirable skills

    • Leadership experience as a BDR Manager, managing a team of SDRs/BDRs
    • Track record of exceeding quota as an SDR/BDR Manager
    • Outreach experience
    • Experience in B2B selling
