    Description

    We design, manufacture, and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states.

    Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.

    Reporting to the Estimating Lead, the Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate costing of projects based on project designs/plans and in accordance with project briefs.

    Review and interpret in-depth tender documentation to accurately price building and civil installation packages.

    Ensure accurate costing of projects based on project design/plans, incorporating detailed bills of quantities and an analysis of risks and opportunities requiring further evaluation prior to final submission.

    Prepare detailed scopes of works for clients and subcontractors.

    Liaise competently with the relevant project stakeholders (internally and externally - including architects, engineers, builders, contractors, project managers, suppliers, and clients) to clarify project requirements and source information.

    Strong local industry experience (manufacturing, construction or building industries) and market understanding.
    ~ Sound knowledge of Building Codes of Australia.
    ~ Familiarity of CostX or similar estimating software packages
    ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
