    What you'll do

    As a Concierge at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in providing a welcoming and supportive service that enhances the visitor and colleague experience.

    You will take the lead in making sure the customer service in reception is exceptional, greeting guests and colleagues with a warm welcome.

    Additionally, you will support the Facilities Management (FM) team in hosting high-profile visitors and special events, ensuring seamless registration and escorting guests to event spaces or meeting rooms.

    Maintaining positive relationships with subtenant support staff, you will ensure their visitors receive the appropriate service.

    You will also assist the FM team in conducting daily checks to monitor the building's condition, ensuring meeting rooms are well-maintained and equipped.

    Collaborating with colleagues, you will actively offer assistance, support the Corporate Office Care Helpdesk, and promote New Ways of Working initiatives.

    Building strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners, you will contribute to delivering a high level of service, continuously seeking ways to improve the service within your remit while being cost-conscious.


    Who you are

    As a Concierge, you are a highly customer-focused professional with a strong background in front of house and customer service.

    Your exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, enable you to create positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and subtenant support staff, providing a welcoming and supportive experience.

    You possess significant experience in stakeholder management, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

    With a strong focus on continuous improvement, cost-consciousness, and attention to detail, you take the lead in driving customer service levels and identifying opportunities to enhance the service delivery within the Holborn office.

    Your good judgement allows you to spot trends, identify issues, and make informed decisions to ensure the highest standard of service is maintained.
