    Role Overview: This is a project role where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing our UKI Business Unit. We are seeking a top performer with a deep understanding of the Plastic Surgery space and a strong existing network in the UK. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, build a high-performing team, and drive growth within our Plastic Surgery division.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and market penetration within the Plastic Surgery sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and healthcare professionals in the UK.
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the medical devices industry, with a focus on Plastic Surgery.
    • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Existing network of contacts within the Plastic Surgery field in the UK.
