    Commodity Trading Consultant - Manager/Senior Manager

    What will you be doing?From designing target operating
    models to implementing integrated trading systems, our Trading unit works
    across all major energy and resources commodities. You will work as part of a
    core team delivering exciting and complex programmes for our clients such as power
    & gas utilities, oil majors, commodity trading houses and brokers through
    to clients whose prime business is exploration and production. You'll be
    engaging in strategically important client transformation projects based in the
    UK and Europe, and beyond.
    Here are some examples of projects we

    typically get involved in:
    Trading systems transformations: implementation, upgrades and system selections for market leading trading organisations including new and innovative products

    Business restructuring:
    designing and implementing operating models for complex global organisations that cover the full trading and commodity lifecycle

    Digital Transformation:
    Development and delivery of our digital trading consulting capabilities and offerings including data driven trading

    Supply chain optimisation:

    advising our clients on key areas of supply chain including Capital Projects, Asset MRO, Trading & Shipping, Inbound & Manufacture and Outbound to Customer.

    So, what are we looking for?We are ideally looking for experienced managers, senior managers and directors with several years of project delivery experience under their belt.

    The key skills and requirements that we look for include:
    Business Analysis skills and/or strong analytical skills.
    Project/Programme Manager and/or Agile delivery skills.
    Data strategy, architecture and management skills.
    Good understanding of, and ability to adapt to key roles across the Software Development Life Cycle.
    The ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments.
    Interest in energy & commodities and/or commodity trading.
