E-commerce assistant

Crown Worldwide Group currently recruiting for a E-commerce assistant

to join their fast-paced IT Resale team on a permanent basis.

Location
This role will be based at our Edmonton and Enfield offices. Some travel may also be required nationwide, dependant on business needs.

Must be eligible to live and work in the UK. _Visa sponsorships will not be considered_.


E-commerce assistant


Crown Worldwide are seeking a dynamic, driven E-commerce assistant
to join in
IT asset disposal operation in RenewIT Centre in Edmonton.


This is a great opportunity for an e-commerce assistant who is looking to progress their career as part of a fast-paced and driven team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone and deal with all customers related enquires
  • Prepare daily collection manifest for outbound orders
  • Help with creating product listings research, descriptions, and photos
  • Regular auditing to check for missing or incorrect information on product listings
  • Book couriers and arrange pick ups with clients
  • Reply to all customer related enquires across multi selling platforms

Skills/ Experience:


  • Minimum 1year previous experience with of working in an ecommerce environment is preferred but not essential
  • Have previous experience in administration
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Extremely conscientious and well organised.
  • A strong team player.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in highpressure situations
  • Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
