The Role

As the Propositions Manager at Heywood, you will own the proposition idea backlog and proposition research and delivery pipeline. You will need to collaborate across departments to generate, validate and execute propositions whilst communicating progress to stakeholders.

Key roles and responsibilities are:

• To understand, communicate, and help deliver Heywood's vision and strategy,
• To Identify customer problems and opportunities in desired markets and territories
• To assist with the research, design, develop, and validation of solutions that are tailored to customer needs
• To build an extensive knowledge of our products and services used across applicable Product and Proposition teams
• To prioritise the Propositions backlog and roadmap,
• Collaborate with Development and Operational teams to deliver the Propositions roadmap,
• To communicate with relevant stakeholders about the progress of the Propositions roadmap
• To research and generate ideas as to how Heywood can deliver its growth targets
• Advise and influence decision-makers using data, evaluative judgement and comprehensive grasp of the products and services within the team's remit.

Experience working within the pensions/ financial services sector would be advantageous, but not essential.
