We are an internationally active pharmaceutical company with headquarters in Greven and sister companies in Hillerod, Denmark and Rome, Italy.

We are looking to strengthen our competence team as soon as possible and in full-time or part-time a
IT System Administrator / IT Support (m/f/d)
1st and 2nd level support Processing of support requests in the software and hardware area
Analysis and independent processing of incoming support and service requests
Remote and on-site support for clients
Responsible for the maintenance of our entire technology package, from desktops/laptops to servers and the network
Ordering, installing, configuring and upgrading hardware and software
Taking on regular maintenance and optimization tasks as well as monitoring and troubleshooting the client landscape
Independent planning, implementation and collaboration on projects within the SmartPractice family
Successfully completed training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
Confident handling of Windows 10 as well as Microsoft Active Directory Services, VMWare and Windows Server System
Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
