- Responsible for Project Managing new tender opportunities in the North East & Cumbria Business Unit.
- Lead technical, work winning, commercial, and production team members through the tender process.
- Ensure compliance and efficiency in the pre-construction phase.
- Define project start date and manage schemes through RIBA Stages 0-4.
- Chair Pre-Commencement Meetings and ensure compliance with standards.
- Establish and manage a Risk Register; lead Risk Workshops.
- Evaluate and mitigate potential project slippage.
- Develop and implement Viewpoint for Projects across the North West Business Unit.
- Research and implement BIM Level 2 best practices.
- Attend post-completion review meetings.
- Experience in Production, Work Winning, Technical, and Commercial Departments.
- Knowledge of Building Regulations and Viewpoint for Projects.
- Proactive approach to risk management.
- Familiarity with ASTA/Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint.
- Up-to-date understanding of design requirements.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
