Our client is looking for upbeat and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working systematically and productively.

You will be working as Junior Project Coordinator and will operate from the Central Offices on the outskirts of Shrewsbury.

You will act as the key point of contact for the Field Marketing Department at Red Bull UK, you will be managing and planning project schedules and workflow through various platforms.


As a Project Coordinator, you will be working both alone and as part of a team to help produce and execute an exciting portfolio of projects and activations with a range of industry-leading clients.

You will be looking after their large contract with Red Bull

You will be acting as the principal coordinator with the field marketing department as well as supporting them with any festival, l projects, or exhibitions they are doing or attending

It is a fast-paced and energized environment so you need to be organization and efficiency.

**Duties:
- *
  • Working with the senior teams to provide project management and operations support
  • Join sales pitches and assist with proposals and presentations
  • Develop excellent understanding of our services
  • Developing production schedules ahead of project kickoff
  • Handling scheduling and organisational software
  • Overseeing the Red Bull assets at the knockin warehouse, working closely with the
warehouse department to deliver a wide array of field marketing events

  • Interfacing with clients to make sure their event requirements are met, with an aim to
not only maintain but strengthen the business relationship.

  • Manage booking systems, checking all financials and costings are correct before
invoiced.

  • Mediate with logistics on crew / transport / courier bookings etc
  • Oversee event stock and tools, ensuring all assets are upheld to a high standard and looked after.
  • Assist the warehouse manager with yearly stock checks and other CRMS reports.

Requirements:

  • An understanding of key project management elements across a variety of event sectors
(live, experiential, set, sound, rigging, light, power, logistics)

  • Ability to work on own initiative and also as a key team member.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A 'can do' attitude and solution oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident IT skills (Google suite use preferable)
  • Budget and financial planning capabilities
  • Management of advancing documentation (RAMS, H+S etc)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and organise workload
  • Reliability and dependability
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Levelheaded and diplomatic problemsolver
  • A good level of commercial awareness

  • Upbeat and energised
  • Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks
