Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.

You will be working Monday - Friday, 40 hour a week, across a government-run building, based in Crawley.

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances.
• HVAC, AHU's, FCU's filter changes, plant-room checks, pumps, belts, motors, water hygiene, basic plumbing, temp checks, flushing, minor repairs, fault finding and any other general building service maintenance duties.

The ideal candidate will hold mechanical, plumbing or HVAC qualifications.

• Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
