    Location: Hersham, United Kingdom, we are offering an opportunity for a 12-month placement.

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Industrial Placement student to join our H2fM Europe team as a Program Management Co-ordinator. This versatile role is ideal for students with backgrounds in Chemical, or Commercial/Business/Marketing disciplines. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders across the H2fM EU business, including technical teams, finance, marketing, and business development.

    This role is tailored for an IP student due to its emphasis on foundational project management skills and detailed work requirements. As an IP Program Management Co-ordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop essential skills while contributing to meaningful projects within our organization.

    Requirements:

    • You will be studying a sandwich degree in Chemical, or Commercial/Business/Marketing disciplines.
    • Minimum Degree Grade 2:1 & above.
    • You will already possess excellent communication skills and will be looking to enhance these further in your placement.
    • Strong organizational abilities and a proactive attitude.
    • Passion for learning and a desire to contribute to our H2fM business line.
    • Finally, you will have lots of enthusiasm, passion for your discipline and enjoy working with others. In return we promise to challenge you in rewarding ways.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate meetings and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
    • Assist in establishing new business processes related to a wide range of hydrogen-related projects.
    • Support the 'Speed' and 'Simplicity' culture through efficient project management.
    • Develop and enhance project management skills in a real-world setting.
    • Gain insight into hydrogen for mobility industry.

    Support and Development:

    • Receive coaching in project management tools such as MS Projects, Visio, and QlikSense.
    • Benefit from mentorship and support from experienced professionals.
    • Visit our Hydrogen Refuelling Station site(s) to gain first-hand experience.
    • Participate in conferences and events to expand your network and industry knowledge.
    • Fast track onto our Graduate programme after successful completion of placement and studies
