Selective Recruitment Group are working with a well-established nursing home in Abingdon who are seeking a Senior Registered Nurse join their team.


Job Title:
Senior Registered Nurse

Location:
Abingdon,

Salary:
Up to £22.50 per hour

Contract:
Permanent

Working Hours:
Full time (Days & nights available)

Qualification:
RGN (Active NMC Pin)

What will you be doing as theSenior Registered Nurse:

  • Assessment of residents' needs, production and implementation of Care plans and accurate documentation on residents' records.
  • The organisation of the Home and attitude of the staff should reflect the need for residents to achieve and maintain maximum independence.
  • The post holder will be expected to maintain a quiet and calm atmosphere by encouragement and example whilst caring for the residents.
  • Helping unqualified staff with inservice training and to keep abreast of current postregistration training.
  • Working with the most up to date state of the art care home IT technologies.

To be a successfulSenior Registered Nurse you will need to:

  • Highly organised and with great attention to detail
  • Able to interpret and respond clearly and effectively to requests
  • Registered General Nurse Qualification
  • Active NMC pin number
  • Experience within a similar role (at least a years' experience)
