We are supporting their continued growth as they seek to appoint a Working capital Team lead to manage their US partners and client base, located at their expanding Belfast office.

They work to provide exceptional client service and help develop a team of finance professionals.

This is a key role that will require significant engagement and daily communication with the senior partners in the USA
Work with the Working Capital Manager to create a training plan to develop team members and upskill in dual job roles
hours of 2:00 pm-10:30 pm on a hybrid working basis. Previous experience of successfully leading a fast-paced commercial finance team
Solid Finance team lead experience across Working Capital/ Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office and complex finance systems
Ability to deliver high-quality client service through the building of strong trusted advisor relationships with customers and manager
Previous team management experience
High level of professionalism at all times and flexible working approach;
Agile communicator and able to deliver difficult messages sensitively and resolve conflict;
