Loan Kit Operative - Newbury, United Kingdom - Stryker

Permanent position_ What you will do:
_
- Receive and check kit from hospitals, separating instruments from implants where appropriate
- Physical quality check of both instruments and implants and comparison to configurations
- Generate accurate billing information and pass to Booking Team for invoicing
- Generate pick lists for replenishment of stock from warehouse
- Replenish kits as per the procedures manual
- Ensure kit instrumentation and implants are aesthetically presentable
- Physical check of kit to ensure transit case is presentable
- Taking dispatch instructions from Oracle and dispatching kits as per the procedures manual
- Liaise with courier companies to ensure that all special delivery (pre 09:00, Saturday and sameday) requirements are communicated
- Physical check of kit to ensure transit case is presentable
- Creation of courier dispatch labels
- Ensure all records are maintained accurately and all procedures are adhered to effectively
- Some physical lifting is required in this position
- Relevant cross training
- Analysis and reporting of various activities within the department
- Additional responsibilities and projects may be required
What you will need:
_**GCSE or higher
- Experience_
- Ideally experience of working in a team, warehouse environment in a similar environment
- Experience with working with Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner and work both independently and as part of a team on assignments.
- Must be IT literate and efficient in an administrative environment.
- Must have the ability to work on their own initiative, prioritizing and organising workload.
- Must have great attention to detail.
