What to expect
Our Area Managers play a key role in supporting our Postmasters out in the field by helping them to drive commercial activity and a service that truly supports their community. You will be responsible for roughly 100 franchise and independently owned Post Offices and will require a full driving license as you spend much of your time onsite
You will have the opportunity to build fantastic stakeholder relationships as you inspire through influence and motivate your Postmasters and forge strong relationships with the local Regional Operations team and commercial partners
