About you
We're looking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in London.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across multiple departments and regions within EMEA.

You'll be responsible for the execution and delivery of the end to end, full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles across areas such as sales, customer success, marketing and other G&A functions.


What will you do?

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continually improve recruitment strategies.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make datadriven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the global HR team to maintain consistency in recruitment processes and promote a unified employer brand.

Requirements:


What you should have?

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, or in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the SaaS tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA employment laws and regulations a huge plus
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Innovative and creative approach to sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
