In-Home Services Administrator - 8 month FTC - Hybrid Working - Purfleet

The floor room, a subsidiary of Nestware, is the latest brand to be launched under the Nestware group. The Opportunity:
In-Home Services Administrator
To support the smooth running of the In-Home Services Department in delivering exceptional service to the floor room retail business

About The Opportunity:

Assist Independent Fitters with registration for the floor room.
Manage fitter records, including registration, insurance policies, and DBS checks.
Ensure compliance of the company fleet with internal policies and legislative regulations (servicing, MOT, Tax, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of all company vehicle users.
Review vehicle usage and make recommendations for efficiency improvements.
Support data analysis for vehicle utilisation, optimisation, cost per mile, and preventative maintenance, proposing ways to enhance efficiency.

About You:

Previous experience of administration duties.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Target and performancedriven mindset.
Actionoriented with a pragmatic approach.
Positive and selfmotivated attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrable passion for customers and commitment to delivering service excellence.
