Description

We are looking for an Infrastructure and Support Manager to lead in the implementation, management and retirement of cloud and on-premises infrastructure and services, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and kept updated. You will deliver a customer centric support service across our client's organisation resulting in an excellent customer experience for all users. This is a hands-on role managing a small team delivering support to circa 70 users.

Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for all IT infrastructure and associated services ensuring they are managed and developed in line with business needs

Deliver an exceptional customer focused support service to the organisation

Manage, support, and maintain the organisations WAN and LAN

Contribute to the development of the IT Strategy and its execution

Ensure that HM is compliant with Cyber Security Essentials plus

Develop, maintain Disaster Recovery plans to ensure they are fit for purpose and test annually

Support, manage and develop a small but high performing team

Hands on experience of supporting and managing both cloud and on-premises infrastructure and services

Excellent knowledge of supporting WAN's/LAN's

Excellent knowledge and experience of network and systems security

Hands on experience of managing and administering Microsoft Office 365 and Azure including Active Directory
