BRITA UKhave an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial PMO / Junior Project Manager to join our expanding team within a family orientated organisation awarded the Platinum Award in People

The purpose of the role To support the Senior Management Team in managing complexity in, and co-ordinating strategy execution across the business using project management techniques. Setting up the annual commercial operating plan for theUK and managing its implementation through commercial workflows, leading & implementing cross-functional projects, as well as organising and executing company events, co-ordinating internal communications and supporting the management team with logísticaltasks.


Role Responsibities

  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director BRITA UK in the setting up of the Commercial Operating Plan for BRITA UK.
  • Manage the COP implementation through commercial workflows, ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Lead & implement ongoing, crossfunctional projects.
  • Collaborate with Germany and other BRITA subsidiaries.
  • Create project plans and provide monthly reporting updates for the SMT.
  • Identify risks to project deliverables and influence the SMT to ensure the milestone deliverables remain on track.
  • Support the SMT with logístical tasks, and key cross functional projects in line with strategic objectives.
  • Organise and execute UK corporate events in line with budget.
  • Coordinate internal communications across the wider business

To be successful in this role it will be ideal if you have worked within Commercial Sales and/or a Marketing environment or FMCG (this is desirable but not essential).

  • Have an Executive PA/EA background.
  • Project management qualification (would be preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS office suite.
  • Above average communication skills with high levels of curiosity.
  • Ambition to progress within a Commercial role

Package on offer is up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience, hybrid working model, onsite parking + company benefits.
