    Head of Marketing & Sales Enablement

    London, MedTech

    Role Responsibilities

    • Collaborating with Sales and CS teams to drive market access opportunities in the MedTech space.
    • You will be responsible for optimising current sales teams, supporting sales cycles, empowering them to build strategic customer relationships, grow revenue and deliver exceptional service.
    • Experience engaging, understanding, and supporting sales teams to drive revenue. This will include the creation of pitch decks, case studies, and thought leadership.
    • You will support the global marketing team by preparing for product & feature launches, whilst driving a fantastic brand in the market.

    This role is ideal for someone who has medical device experience alongside some exposure to software sales/MedTech industry.

    Your Profile

    • Track record of effectively shaping market access opportunities through building credible evidence.
    • Ability to understand business strategy and translate it into solutions that can support the company's business goals.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate and relate well with key opinion leaders and clinical personnel.
    • Deep knowledge and understanding of health systems' operational processes and opportunities for improvement.
    • An understanding of business planning processes for health systems and a knowledge of driving profitable/maximum value-led service lines.
    • An expert storyteller with deep experience in evidence generation and the development of publications in Healthcare or Health Technology.
    • Experience in software sales will be highly advantageous.
