QA / Quality Supervisor (Permanent) - Bristol, United Kingdom - Pure Staff Ltd

Description

My client is an international metals business with a worldwide reputation for quality.

Due to a continued growth in orders and an internal movement between departments, they are recruiting for a full time and Quality Supervisor for their manufacturing facility in Avonmouth, Bristol.

Reporting directly to the Group Quality Manager, the candidate would have responsibility for all aspects of Quality at their site


Hours:
Mon to Fri (Apply online only)

Flow down the requirements of the company Quality Management System & AS9120 to all employees and advise on any relating queries

• Implement continuous improvement to improve production processes in conjunction with the Operations Management Team
• Provide support to the warehouse, sales and shipping department for quality related issues

Ensure total adherence to Company Quality Manual and procedures

• Action Internal Quality Audits as directed by Group Quality Manager
• Ensure configuration / change management is being adhered to
• Assist line managers to set up and maintain competence and training records for all branch employees
• After complaint has been investigated through to a conclusion arrange; Credit / Collection (liaising with sales), Disposition/Return to stock, liaising with Accounts Dept. Submit company performance data to customers in line with their requirements
• Any other quality related tasks as assigned by the Group Quality Manager
