We are in need of an experienced Senior Production Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional builds used in live events and experiences. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Production Manager with proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to execution, exceeding client expectations while maximising agency profitability.

Role Responsibilities include:

• Providing senior level production support for diverse builds used at experiential events and activations for global brands.
• Developing and managing detailed production budgets for medium and large-scale projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Logistics including liaison with production suppliers.
• Collaborating closely with creative teams and producers to develop and refine production briefs and concepts. Sharing your knowledge and expertise on what's possible
• Venue and location sourcing and evaluation.
• Close liaison with production suppliers, onsite management and overseeing production schedules.
• Led end-to-end production processes to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery, exceeding client expectations.
• Overseeing the build of a range of exciting, innovative venue takeovers (dimensions, cladding, steel decking etc.
• Line management of a junior producer.

To be considered for this role you need to have a great background in delivering experiences and events from an agency background. You'll have great negotiation skills, organisation and communication- able to work with and manage a really diverse range of stakeholders.

This role would suit a Senior Production Manager who thrives in a smaller agency environment, is proactive and solutions focussed and passion and energy for delivery.
