The Role:

A growing name in the education sector is looking for a dynamic and proactive Regional Business Development Lead to lead a team of three salespeople.

Drawing on previous management experience, the Regional Business DevelopmentLead will be responsible for coaching, training, setting KPIs and setting processes for their team.

The Regional Business Development Lead will lead by example, contributing to new business acquisition targets, and stepping in when the team closes bigger deals.

Managing a team of varying abilities, the Regional Business Development Lead inspire, manage, and advise the team.

With the Head Office based in Devon, the Regional Business Development Lead will be required to travel to Devon up to 5 times a year.

Throughoutthe year, the Regional Business Development Lead can choose to work remotely, from the London office or alongside the team in the Devon office in which they visit once a week.

Requirements:
To be a Regional Business Development Lead in this exciting, well-established, and fast-growing company, you must have:

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 1 + years of managing sales teams
  • Previous experience in a hybrid role of new business and account management
  • Previous experience selling into the education industry
