- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and lead the strategic direction for the customer journey, ensuring tailored experiences for our specialized clientele.
- Customer Success & Support:
- Formulate KPIs, including NDR, GDR, Churn, Expansion ARR, NPS, and ARR onboarded, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver and manager Premium Success Plans with specialised access to sophisticated expertise in risk, investment and data analysis.
- Implementation & Onboarding: Direct efficient onboarding and implementation processes, guaranteeing that the ARR onboarded aligns with strategic goals.
- Professional Services: Build and expand professional services, ensuring delivery in alignment with the distinctive needs and high standards of our clientele.
- Operational & Financial Management: Oversee department budgets and financials, ensuring optimal allocation and adherence to financial objectives.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Enterprise Software, particularly in Enterprise B2B SaaS, with a noteworthy portion preferably in the financial services sector
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field; an MBA or related postgraduate qualification is preferred
- Proven experience with clientele such as asset managers, owners, and advisers, with an emphasis on delivering customer success in similar domains
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with a deep understanding of financial and investment sectors
- Robust leadership skills, with a knack for inspiring and guiding teams towards achieving strategic objectives
- Adept in financial management and data-driven decision making
- You are fluent/native in English
