  • Ideal for a graduate looking to get experience in Secondary schools
Cover Supervisor needed ASAP at an outstanding Secondary school in East London.

This Cover Supervisor role will be full time and long term. Working hours will be 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Strong working knowledge of the National Curriculum would be advantageous/preferred but all enthusiastic and committed applicants will be considered.


Standard responsibilities for this Cover Supervisor post will include but not be limited to; ensuring pupils are focusing on the set work, recording the general progress of the classes and maintaining punctuality when attending different lessons.


In addition to this, the school is keen to take on a Cover Supervisor that can work as part of team, use their time effectively and uphold the school's ethos.


The rates of pay for this Cover Supervisor post will range from £70 to £100 a day, depending on each applicants qualifications and experience.


The School
There is currently no Ofsted rating for the school, as it has only recently opened.

A heavy focus is placed on Grammar at the school.

Students are entered in to GCSE and EPQ qualifications.

From Year 7 to Year 11, all pupils learn the 3 Core Sciences, English, Maths, Ethics and Sports.


Currently the school is split across two different sites that fall in two neighbouring boroughs, with one acting as the main site for lower school and the other acting as the upper school site.


Requirements:

Applications are also welcome if you are a British trained Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Cover Supervisor.
