Onsite IT Support Technician

Sheffield

Up to £32,000 per annum + Benefits

Microsoft operating systems, Windows server, Anti - virus, WAN, Cisco, Software licences, IT, Technician.


A Managed Service Provider are now looking for a IT Support Technician to work for a commercial customer around the Sheffield area maintaining and troubleshooting their IT systems and networks.

As the successful IT support technician, you will need to haveknowledge in Windows operating systems and how they work in a local area network environment.


Key Skills:


  • Windows Operating Systems 10/8/
  • Ability to explain technical terms and situations to nontechnical people
  • Experience of maintaining and working with WAN connection
  • Full UK clean driving license
  • Cisco networking technologies switches, routers
  • Back ups
  • Software licences
  • Antivirus tools


You will be responsible for providing IT support for a commercial customer, you will have the opportunity to shadow 3rd line engineers and learn new technologies.


This is a great opportunity to flex your technical skillset in providing solutions to improve the day to day running of networks and enhance user experience through new and existing technologies.
