    Salary - the stated potential salary in this advertisement (which is the dentist take-home pay) is only a guide and is dependent upon skill and hours worked.

    Stated salary (take-home pay) is based upon newly graduates working 3 days a week, 30 minutes diary "slots".
    Air purifiers in all surgeries - work in a safer environment
    Large Private patient list - develop your skill set and gradually progress to more detailed complex procedures. A large portion of your income will be derived from Private income as surgery has a small NHS UDA contract as well as surgery having an abundance of fee paying patients
    45" High Definition LED plasma wall mounted monitors in each surgery - allowing you to illustrate your diagnosis/treatment to patients offering them clarity and reassurance
    Stable team - allowing you to build long term relations so that staff understand your daily work routine
    Excellent support and working environment with continuous training and development - perform as many courses as you feel to better yourself leading to greater patient satisfaction and stronger patient relations
    New patient list - we will provide new dentist with a new patient list (patients never seen at our practice) preventing any conflict with colleague's diagnosis etc - clinical freedom
    The practice is a great supporter of employee relations - weekly meetings/events allows staff to form stronger relations and greater engagement
    24 hour dental engineers on standby to repair any instruments/equipment - efficiently working equipment allows dentists to perform better and work under less stressful conditions leading to happier patients/environment
    On standby dental technicians to assist and discuss any treatment plans in detail which you maybe doubting
