In this role, you'll perform dimensional and visual inspections, contribute to the quality control process, and provide critical insights to drive continuous improvement.

You will:


  • Execute visual and dimensional inspections on components, raw materials, and finished goods in alignment with drawings, purchase orders, routers, codes, and industry standards.
  • Conduct source inspections both at our facilities and supplier locations, ensuring conformity and adherence to quality standards.
  • Make informed accept/reject decisions on inspected products, offering corrective suggestions when necessary.
  • Generate comprehensive inspection reports, documenting your findings and maintaining organized inspection records.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to review and approve inspection records and material test reports for compliance.
  • Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of inspection and measuring equipment, including the calibration process.
  • Utilize advanced inspection tools such as RomaArm, CMM, and Vici to carry out detailed inspections.
  • Manage the nonconformance process, creating detailed Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and overseeing the process from initiation to resolution.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles, ensuring precise measurement interpretation.
  • Embrace a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges, integrating new skills seamlessly into your work.
  • Align with our commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and company procedures.

Your skills will include:


  • Time served with a recognized apprenticeship.
  • Handson experience as a quality inspector within a precision manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in GD&T principles and the use of inspection tools such as micrometers, height gauges, screw gauges, and calipers.
  • Familiarity with ERPs systems and general computer skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills for preparing technical reports and collaborating effectively.

Rotational working hours:

Mon-Thu 6:00-14:00 & Fri 6:00-12:00. Mon-Thur 14:00-22:00-Fri 12:00-18:00
