POSITION OVERVIEW
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Builds and manages team quotes, reviews contract terms, negotiate supplier pricing, identify upsell opportunities and handle any objections
- Builds relationship with customers and account teams to assist in the acceleration of full adoption and renewals
- Liaise with customers directly and manage timely delivery of team quotes/invoices & customer inventory reports
- Work with our account teams to preserve and improve customer contracts and relationships.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to manage and synchronise data for Contracts Database
- Maintain accurate Customer Contract Database, report an accurate rolling 120 day forecast of renewals in assigned accounts and ability to provide reports to Snr Management
- Track and update daily requests from customers/suppliers/internal teams
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating supplier programs or software
- Analyse customer & supplier data to identify trends and opportunities for sales teams
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Proven work experience in a Cisco environment is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to make commercial decisions and verify supplier pricing
- Strong communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimum 23 years experience in this field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to analysis data and run reports
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience or knowledge on developing and executing winback strategies for inactive customers
- Experience or knowledge with CRM tools.
