POSITION OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Builds and manages team quotes, reviews contract terms, negotiate supplier pricing, identify upsell opportunities and handle any objections
  • Builds relationship with customers and account teams to assist in the acceleration of full adoption and renewals
  • Liaise with customers directly and manage timely delivery of team quotes/invoices & customer inventory reports
  • Work with our account teams to preserve and improve customer contracts and relationships.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to manage and synchronise data for Contracts Database
  • Maintain accurate Customer Contract Database, report an accurate rolling 120 day forecast of renewals in assigned accounts and ability to provide reports to Snr Management
  • Track and update daily requests from customers/suppliers/internal teams
  • Assist customers with setting up and navigating supplier programs or software
  • Analyse customer & supplier data to identify trends and opportunities for sales teams

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Proven work experience in a Cisco environment is an advantage but not essential
  • Ability to make commercial decisions and verify supplier pricing
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimum 23 years experience in this field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to analysis data and run reports
  • Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience or knowledge on developing and executing winback strategies for inactive customers
  • Experience or knowledge with CRM tools.
