Trade Team are currently looking for a counter assistant to start ASAP for our client based in M15


Daily duties:

  • Greet customers, taking food and beverage orders, interacting in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Ring customer orders into the POS system
  • Serve food and beverages to customers.
  • Handle monetary transactions, preparing bills for food and accepting payment or making changes
  • Operate the point of sale terminal system and process takings at end of shift
  • Assist with food preparation
  • Solve customer complaints (which are VERY rare indeed)
  • Keeping the restaurant front area clean and wellstocked
  • Know and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
  • Keep floor in work or customer (both interior and exterior) area clean and free of debris
  • Complete shift work, as assigned, timely and thoroughly in accordance with department standards

Hours:


  • Weekdays
  • 94pm
  • 411pm
  • Saturday and Sunday
  • 94pm
  • 411pm

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
£10.42-£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Food preparation: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
