We are looking for an organised, motivated and friendly individual to join our friendly administrative team as a Quality and Compliance Administrator.

This is an interesting and varied role providing administrative support on all aspects of Governance Compliance and complaints at site.

Previous experience in a similar role within healthcare and experience of effectively managing diaries and working to deadlines is preferred.

Main duties include:

To support a patient safety culture and promote learning from incidents and complaints.
Monitor patient experiences across the site, review themes and support the changes to practice and policy in response to this.
To oversee compliance in all mandatory staff training.

IT literacy is preferred with a good understanding of programmes such a Word, Excel, Outlook and the use of an Outlook Calendar.

We want you to flourish in your new role so training will be provided. In addition, further training for the Healthcare Industry is given with some mandatory classroom training sessions also.

The Priory Hospital Southampton is part of the Priory group offering inpatient treatment for a wide range of mental health difficulties.

The hospital is located in Marchwood on the outskirts of Southampton and comprises of 40 inpatient beds across three wards.

We have a highly experienced team of mental health professionals and support staff which include consultant psychiatrists, nurses, specialty doctors, occupational therapists, dietitians, and therapists.

The three wards in the hospital offer a range of inpatient mental health services.

Sandpiper Ward: 17 bedded adult acute ward
Skylark Ward: 11 bedded specialist eating disorders ward
Starling Ward: 12 bedded adult acute ward

There is lots of free parking at site and our restaurant means that staff have access to subsidised meals
