Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is a well-known mortgage broker and network that has won over 200 awards in the last 5 years and is steadily expanding.

We are looking for experienced and ambitious Mortgage Advisers to offer top-notch mortgage and protection advice to clients buying Buy To Let properties or needing specialized lending due to credit issues or similar challenges that prevent them from mainstream lending.

You should be hardworking, adaptable, a great communicator, and ready to go the extra mile to deliver a 5-star service to our clients.

Our business partners collaborate with over 150 mortgage brokers across the UK who will pass on leads to successful candidates. This role is hybrid, so residing in the Tyne & Wear area is a must.

You will:

• Have at least 2 years of face-to-face experience in mortgages and protection
• Possess knowledge of Buy To Let and Adverse lending criteria
• Be highly skilled in providing protection advice to complement mortgages and maximize case size
• Demonstrate a consistent track record of meeting sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector
• Focus on surpassing weekly, monthly, and yearly KPIs and sales goals
• Clearly articulate the First Mortgage value proposition and client benefits
• Desirably hold strong relationships with national builders
• Attend promotional/sales events organized by our builder partners when necessary
• Operate consistently and compliantly in line with FCA standards
• Show a proactive approach to continuous learning and growth
• Be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent to provide mortgage & protection advice
