Description
Location - CardiffAnzuk Education is seeking a motivated and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with pupils who require additional learning support.
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education to pupils with a range of learning difficulties.

Provide one-to-one support to pupils with additional learning needs
Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons that are tailored to the individual needs of each pupil
Help to create a safe and stimulating learning environment for all pupils
Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
Support the classroom teacher in maintaining accurate records of pupil progress
Attend training and meetings as required Teaching Assistant Requirements:
Experience working with children with additional learning needs in a primary school setting
Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A patient and compassionate approach to working with children
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Teaching Assistant Benefits:
