    Paid Media Director - Independent Agency

    London

    This agency have built a reputation as a go-to company for full-service capabilities over the past decade.

    As their Paid Media Director, you'll lead a team of 4 and be responsible for leading pitches, as well as driving the overall direction and strategy of their paid media efforts. They are looking for someone who is highly industry-facing and has a growth mindset.

    The role and responsibilities will be split along the following areas:

    Strategy & Client Services – 60%

    • Devising integrated paid media strategies for clients
    • Oversee and contribute to the delivery of client paid campaigns to ensure best practice, innovation and excellence are displayed across all activities – inclusive of strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting.
    • Client relationship development: day-to-day presence where required, while building productive relationships with senior clients, unlocking new commercial opportunities for the agency.
    • Working closely with the Strategy & Performance team to provide holistic cross-channel strategies

    New Business – 30%

    • Autonomously leading paid media new business (RFI, RFP and pitches)
    • Pitching for exciting new clients and onboarding them
    • Working with inbound, outbound and partners new business leads

    Product, agency & team development – 10%

    • Help in the development of the agency products and services
    • Be an example to follow for the more junior members of the team, leading by example and helping develop their skills, and the wider Paid Media department.
