- Devising integrated paid media strategies for clients
- Oversee and contribute to the delivery of client paid campaigns to ensure best practice, innovation and excellence are displayed across all activities – inclusive of strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting.
- Client relationship development: day-to-day presence where required, while building productive relationships with senior clients, unlocking new commercial opportunities for the agency.
- Working closely with the Strategy & Performance team to provide holistic cross-channel strategies
- Autonomously leading paid media new business (RFI, RFP and pitches)
- Pitching for exciting new clients and onboarding them
- Working with inbound, outbound and partners new business leads
- Help in the development of the agency products and services
- Be an example to follow for the more junior members of the team, leading by example and helping develop their skills, and the wider Paid Media department.
- Raise your and the agency profile through awards entries and conferences

As their Paid Media Director, you'll lead a team of 4 and be responsible for leading pitches, as well as driving the overall direction and strategy of their paid media efforts. They are looking for someone who is highly industry-facing and has a growth mindset.
