Hybrid role: 3 days office / 2 days home

Occasional requirement for international/EMEA wide travel


This founder led, high growth business, that saw triple digit growth through covid, is now looking to re-align their structure for the next phase of it's development and is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Sales and Marketingteams within the business.


On trend, recently revamped working spaces, a non political environment where the founders work with the teams daily, this business has a defined culture that employees want to deliver and give their best to achieve results.


Based at their UK HQ and operating across the globe, this is a golden opportunity for a resilient, driven CIPD Qualified HR professional to make their mark within a fast paced business.

You will know when to challenge and when to pull back, how to build trustwith your stakeholder group and be experienced at how to support the commercial arm of a business, whilst it is transforming.


You will partner with the Commercial Director around business change, high performance people practices, talent pipelines and shaping the teams culture.


Background:


  • CIPD Qualified
  • Strong HR Generalist and Operational experience
  • Ability to manage complex ER cases
  • Experienced partnering sales and marketing teams
  • Global / EMEA experience
  • Change Management
  • Project Management methodologies
