    Children's Registered Manager – Northamptonshire – Up to £50K

    Hampton's Resourcing are working in partnership with a small yet passionate children's residential care provider who are looking for a highly experienced Registered Manager to continue the running of their newly-opened 3 bed EBD home for young people based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.

    Provide leadership and direction, supervising the Deputy Manager for optimal performance.
    Oversee effective recording, collation, analysis, and reporting of data within regulatory guidelines.
    Ensure homes and staff adhere to quality standards and regulations, meeting assigned targets and outcomes.
    Foster staff engagement with children, supporting holistic development in health, education, employment, family time, and relationships.
    Promote Trauma-Informed, effective, safe, and holistic practices through training and reflection.
    Manage the on-call manager network, providing necessary tools for out-of-hours support.

    Previous registration with Ofsted within the last 2 years.
    A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
    A recognized Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent (or working towards this).

    Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England), or a qualification considered to be equivalent to the Level 5 Diploma.

    Excellent knowledge & understanding of The Children's home regulations, National Minimum Standards, Every Child Matters, & the Children Act

    Within the last 5 years, worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
