Jellycat have an exciting opportunity for a new
Creative Content Assistant to join our growing Marketing Team, reporting to the Creative Content Manager This role would be suitable for a recent graduate looking to kickstart their creative content/marketing career in the luxury design industry.

This role would also suit someone with 1+ years of experience who is looking to bring their impeccable time management, communication and organisational skills to a fast-growing team.


The role and responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

  • Coordinate and manage the distribution of product samples to the photography studio when required.
  • Assisting with the organisation of the team's image bank and providing image links when requested. You will also be helping with archiving and tagging images to streamline the image bank search process.
  • Providing support with proofing and adhoc tasks for our wholesale catalogues.
  • Working alongside the Creative Content Manager with team invoices.
  • Taking meeting minutes when required.
  • Working with the Web team and Creative Content Producer on product image improvements across the Jellycat Website.
  • Responsible for the daytoday administration tasks across multiple global campaigns.

Required knowledge and skills:


  • Recent graduate within the creative disciplines or 1+ years' experience working in a similar role.
  • Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Well organised with a cando attitude.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve effectively.

  • Highly organized and ability to prioritise your workload appropriately.
  • Ability to travel to studio or shoot locations on odd occasions.
  • Able to commute to our office 4 days per week.
