    About the Role

    As an Analyst, you will help to enable our clients to deliver higher quality products and services more efficiently. This will be achieved through implementing client specific process frameworks, creating a process culture and analysing their current state processes to identify improvements required to meet their organisational goals. You will also utilise our Accelerator.Works framework to enable our clients to continuously innovate in an agile way.

    You will work on-site and remotely within project teams to contribute to the delivery of a variety of projects, programmes and workstreams. By utilising new technologies, you will help our clients to create a digital twin of their organisation, laying the foundations for continuous improvement and transformation. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of industry sectors, as well as build and develop your consulting capabilities to manage day-to-day client relationships on projects. Within this role, you will be given full support from senior members of the team, while being provided with new opportunities to help take your career journey to the next level.

    This role is Hybrid and based in our London office (Closest stations: Chancery Lane, Farringdon and Holborn). You will occasionally work at client offices as and when required.

    Salary: £40,200 (including travel allowance and bonus)

    What your daily activities will look like

    • Contribute to the delivery of programmes and projects across a variety of industry sectors
    • Analyse client processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and risks
    • Utilise and explore process-related technologies to delivery data-driven insights for our clients (i.e. process & task mining, simulation, workflow, RPA etc.)
    • Support in defining and implementing business process management strategies and governance structures
    • Execute 'as-is' and 'to-be' process discovery analysis
    • Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholder on projects
    • Support in the design and delivery of internal organisational initiatives that align with the overall business aims (this could include advancing our products and services, improving our sustainability, ensuring we continue to be a great place to work or marketing)
