    GSL Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Achievement Support Assistant to join a supportive school community in Hull. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting students' academic and personal development.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Providing one-to-one and small group support to students to enhance their learning and achievement.
    Assisting with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and monitoring students' progress.
    Supporting classroom teachers with behavior management and creating a positive learning environment.
    Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive school community.

    The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
    Previous experience working in a school setting or with young people.
    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting student achievement.
    Flexibility and adaptability in responding to varying classroom situations.
    A commitment to promoting safeguarding and child protection within the school community.
