Senior Associate Property Litigation Salary – Above market rate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 5 years' PQE+ Property Litigation Senior Associate to join a Regional top 40 Law Firm.

You will have experience dealing with Property Litigation involving utilities companies. Experience of managing own property litigation caseload
Commercial awareness
Ability to work to strict deadlines, time tables, targets and client protocols whilst maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality
Commercial awareness
Achieve set financial and chargeable targets KPI's
Take an active role in business development initiatives including training and networking
Assist other lawyers in the team with their work as required including supporting lead advisers and the supervision of more junior lawyers
Train, supervise, and develop junior team members
Produce monthly and ad-hoc client MI reports
