- Lead the identification, assessment, and negotiation of Undertakings & Assurances (U&As)
- Maintain an up-to-date register of commitments and oversee compliance
- Manage individual Commitment Compliance Plans (CCPs) in collaboration with stakeholders
- Provide guidance on U&As, engage with Consent Granting Bodies, and ensure compliance
- Support project understanding of U&A requirements and develop mitigations
- Assist in incorporating U&A milestones into the programme
- Contribute to and implement best practices for U&As
- Identify external assistance needs for securing consents
- Manage general U&A inquiries and collaborate on environmental requirements
- Generate regular and ad-hoc U&A reports
- Update U&A processes in the project's Quality Management System
- Maintain an updated Stakeholder Record Management system
- Develop and manage the U&A risks and issues log for Senior Leadership reporting
- Good experience in Project Management and Stakeholder Management
- Past experience of major construction projects
- Relevant degree or similar qualification
