Avia Technique, a growing aviation safety specialist based in Wokingham, Berkshire is looking for two people to join their busy Logistics team.

We are looking for team members to join our full-service Logistics team covering Goods In, Stores and Despatch.

Goods In receiving goods sent from customers, suppliers and our global partners. The first set of eyes on the items arriving for maintenance, exchange or salvage, you will be the first link in the chain of services. You will be cross referencing items against expected deliveries, checking quantities against paperwork and making sure that each and every item is received carefully and correctly.

Despatcher is critical to our business - the last set of eyes on items before they return to customers, the last opportunity to check quality and contract deadlines You will be responsible for checking all goods against order sheets, ensuring that both item and paperwork are packaged with care and attention.

You will be responsible for organising outbound transport ensuring our customers receive their goods in good time using our own drivers or courier networks.

You will be well organised, able to manage workloads and prioritise tasks in order to meet strict deadlines.

There will be times you will be required to support the driver team, a full valid driving licence and a confidence driving a van is essential.

Stores is essential to both business activity based from Wokingham and supporting our product sales and global entities. Booking in parts, manage and maintain our growing stores with regular stock checks and processing outbound item sales by picking packing and co-ordinating dispatch to internal workshops or external sales or global partners. It's a busy environment with high volumes so experience and attention to detail is essential.
