Business Analyst - D365 Reporting

Eastern Europe/ Spain/ UK - remote based role

Up to £500 per day


We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with a focus on reporting to join a global market leader in manufacturing.

As the Reporting Business Analyst, you will be responsible for articulating and validating the reporting needs across all regions/sites and at all levels in the company.

You will work closely with the Business Process Managers to champion the implementation and compliance of new policies, practices, and standardized processes, and Dynamics 365 technology across the entire organization.


Some of what you will be doing:

  • Map reporting needs across the entire company
  • Collect user requirements and validate reporting needs
  • Ensure compliance with new policies, practices, and standardised processes across the organisation
  • Document, propose and discuss solution options with key stakeholders
  • Work with all key stakeholders to ensure the solution realizes the key benefits and remains aligned with the overall transformation initiatives
  • Manage business requests and their lifecycle through to closure

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

  • Experience in Dynamics 36
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on reporting
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to map reporting needs across an entire organisation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take ownership of business requests and manage their lifecycle through to closure
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
  • Detailoriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Understanding of cost and optimisation

It would be great if you also had:

  • Basic understanding of BI tools such as Power BI
  • Fluent in English language
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment with fast paced projects
