    Our client is a leading construction company specializing in cladding, facades and roofing projects.

    With a reputation for quality workmanship and exceptional service, we are committed to delivering projects on time and within budget.

    As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to support our operations and contribute to our success.


    We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager for our client to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our office.

    The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our day-to-day activities, managing administrative staff, and providing support to our project teams.

    Manage office operations, including but not limited to, answering phones, handling correspondence, filing, and organizing office supplies.


    • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
    • Maintain and update employee records, including timekeeping, payroll, and benefits administration.
    • Assist with project management tasks, such as preparing project documents, tracking project expenses, and liaising with clients and subcontractors.
    • Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
    • Oversee procurement of office equipment, supplies, and services, negotiating contracts and agreements as necessary.
    • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software applications.
    • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with accounting software is a plus.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
