Service Designer to join our clients growing team.

This role will suit you if you are able to;

  • Look at a service and evaluate how well it is meeting user and business needs
  • Work at program and project level, playing a key role within each
  • Plan and run workshops with users and stakeholders to gain a shared understanding and firsthand insights
  • Create service blueprints and prototypes
  • Build effective working relationships with clients
  • Define clear and actionable recommendations for achieving business and user goals
  • Have a strong understanding of all UCD disciplines and champion for them equally
  • Be experienced in working with multidisciplinary agile teams to design and deliver peoplecentred services
  • Be passionate about usercentred design
  • Be collaborative, working well with all specialisms in a multidisciplinary team
  • Enjoy building trusting and open relationships with clients
  • Be a natural leader, providing guidance to all kinds of people including teammates, consultants outside of UCD, stakeholders and client teams
  • Influence and sell the value of service design to clients and their stakeholders
