    Description

    As the new Chief Operations Officer, you will oversee and optimise all operational aspects of the company, working closely with a cross functional team of exceptional professionals to drive scientific discoveries and aiding in the commercialisation of their product.

    We are looking for an experienced Operational Professional with a proven background in In Vitro Diagnostics or Medical Devices.

    Ensure operational excellence and efficiency across all business functions, developing and implementing operational policies, procedures and systems.
    Oversee the day-to-day operations, including Regulatory Compliance, QA, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
    Previous experience in the IVD or Medical Device Industries.
    Proven success in Operational Management and Product Development of IVD or Medical Device products.
