    Marketing & Events Officer

    Full Time; Permanent

    Salary: £30,627 - £37,500

    Working Arrangements: Hybrid (3 days on site)

    Location: South East London

    I am currently supporting a London-based higher education client to appoint a Marketing & Events Officer. This role will focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies and coordinating events to promote their institution, attract prospective students, engage current students, and foster community relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for higher education, strong content creation skills, and experience of events management.

    Essential Criteria:

    Experience working across marketing communications and events, ideally in higher education or the public sector

    Experience successfully planning and managing events end-to-end

    Formidable copywriting skills, efficient at creating and adapting written content for different audiences and channels, including social media platforms

    Strong IT skills

    Desirable Criteria:

    Experience using Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat etc) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
