    It is an exciting time to join GMMH's Addictions Network. Recent developments and investment have resulted in us being able to offer multiple positions across a range of disciplines and entry levels.

    Achieve Treatment and Recovery Services provides support for people experiencing problems with drug and alcohol use across Bury, Bolton, Salford and Trafford. We are an NHS led service, working with multiple agencies in a unique partnership model. This partnership model enables us to work with patients in a holistic way focusing on the person and not the "problem".

    Main duties of the job

    We are seeking to recruit an Addictions Clinical Nurse who will deliver specialist support to our patients accessing treatment at Achieve. The successful candidate will provide a range of clinical interventions, including detox, blood borne virus screening, vaccinations, administering long-acting injectable opiate medications, also carrying out a range of physical health investigations.

  • Registered Nurse
  • NMC registration
  • Experience

  • Have experience of working (either paid or voluntary) with individuals/groups with health & social care issues

  • Experience of working in addictions services
