    Lending Manager for HNWI Private Bank – London-based position

    The mission of the Lending department is to provide credit services including cash management,

    transaction banking, treasury and financing products, while preparing all the credit applications

    of all the bank's units.

    Knowledge of the London Property market is needed as well as underwriting knowledge.

    You will be the main go-to person for Lending in the London Branch to HNWI, not Corporate clients

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Prepare all credit application material for submission to the relevant Credit Committees.
    • Liaise with RM's to gather all sufficient information for annual reviews, amendments or

    new requests.

    • Execute Corporate Banking client's transactions (FX deals, payments, Letters of Credit,

    etc)

    • Update where necessary clients' legal documentation in liaison with the Account
    • Officers and Client Documentation Unit
    • Monitor the day-to-day clients' requests and respond in collaboration with the Account

    Officers

    • Follow up excesses or discrepancies and necessary measures to be taken for their

    coverage in collaboration with the Account Officers

    • Input or update client's data (KYCP) wherever necessary
    • Assist in the preparation of internal reporting

    Requirements:

    • At least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Economics, Banking/Finance or Legal. Post

    grad degrees will be considered an advantage.

    • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • 5 years of experience in Lending/Credit
    • Fluent in English and Greek is a plus
    • MiFID II certification is a plus
